the process we are designing for you has an initial process capability
of at least 1.67 Ppk and maintains long term capability of at least
1.33 Cpk.
Our contract review board approves and audits all final plans guaranteeing
that our production team has a complete and total understanding
of all customer requirements and that all necessary information
is included into one comprehensive plan that details the exact steps
of how quality will be verified throughout each step of the manufacturing
process.
Our “visual” factory posts key metrics within each department
and our quality teams utilize value stream mapping to vigorously
eliminate waste and 5S tools to sustain our progress.... the result
are processes that are both lean and capable. In addition our trained
internal quality auditors maintain 100% document integrity of operating
and work instructions as well as all other supporting documentation.

Our TESA 50E scanning machines are fully automatic optical-electronic
projection systems designed specifically for the complete non-contact
measurement of precision components. Reading intricate forms,
radii, threads and angles with speeds up to 12,000 points per
second affords us the ability to perform measurements with a
combination of speed, flexibility and accuracy not previously
possible…anywhere. With rapid inspection and set-up times,
these systems can be integrated within the overall manufacturing
process and are suitable for prototyping as well as 100% inspection.
Equipped with articulating Renishaw probe heads, our computerized
Starrett Coordinate Measuring Machines are the latest advances
in CMM technology, achieve the highest accuracy and maintain
superb repeatability for measurement of the most complex multi-faceted
components.
