Our machining centers contain the latest technology in multi-pallet and five-axis technology and can perform simple 2-axis milling all the way to five-axis contouring of turbine blades, blisks, impellers and gas tips. We can fixture, index and 360-degree machine small engine blocks on our long-bed Fanuc Robodrills and our multi-pallet Matsuura horizontals and Kitamura verticals can utilize up to 64 tools to competitively produce any component within a 15 inch (384 mm) cube.
